THE RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY ON REGULATION IN POWER INDUSTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Regulations on delivery and use of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 415 of May 25, 2011.

For the purpose of regulation of the legal relations between the operator of the transferring network, operators of distribution networks, suppliers of natural gas on regulated rates and final consumers, based on provisions of the item f) paragraph (1) Art. 9 and Art. 47 of the Natural Gas Act No. 123-XVIII of December 23, 2009 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2010, No. 23-24, the Art. 31) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve according to appendix of change and addition which are made to the Regulations on delivery and use of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 415 of May 25, 2011.

2. Before approval of rates for connection the connection fee to network of natural gas will be calculated based on the expense budget on connection constituted by the operator of network according to the project documentation.

3. Control of application of the Regulations on delivery and use of natural gas, with approved changes and amendments, participants of the natural gas market to assign to legal department and licensing, department of rates and the economic analysis and department of investments and quality.

Changes and additions which are made to Regulations on delivery and use of natural

14. The operator of network has the right to require to carry out expert checking of the measuring equipment of the operator of network to which the networks of natural gas are connected. Expert checking of the measuring equipment is performed in the presence of the personnel".
