Repeal the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of August 30, 2013 No. 1249 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of authorized organizations of collective control which will be exercised by collection and distribution of remuneration (royalty) for use of the soundtracks and videograms published with commercial purpose", registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on September 5, 2013 at No. 1528/24060.

2. To management for public relations and ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) (Zagoruyko Yu. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark for archive.

3. To legal department (Kravchenko E. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
