About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4

1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 42, 8/20434; 2011, No. 123, 8/24338; 2012, No. 21, 8/24838; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.02. 2013, 8/26849), following amendments and changes:
in Item 44 part two:
after the word "communications" to add with words ", the official e-mail address";
replace the words "E-mail Address and Others" with the word "Other";
add Item 53 with part nine of the following content:
"Resolutions on execution of orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Chief of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus and his deputies, chairmen of chambers of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus and their deputies, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus and his deputies, heads of state bodies, other organizations are drawn up on single sheets of resolutions.";
in Item 63:
