About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 1065

1. Bring in the Visa rules of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 1065 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 186, 5/32226; 2012, No. 68, 5/35802; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.08. 2013, 5/37691), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 19:
state subitem 19.3 in the following edition:
"19.3. study (on vuchoba) - based on one of the following documents:
the original of the invitation to training of the organization which according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus is granted the right to issue such invitations, drawn up on the form in form according to appendix 4, approved with division on nationality and migration in the territory of which there is organization, for the term specified in the invitation. The procedure for approval of divisions is determined by nationality and migration of the invitation to training by the organization which according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus is granted the right to issue such invitations by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education. Approval is drawn up by signature stamp "is APPROVED" with indication of date of approval and is certified by seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus assigned to this division according to the procedure, the established Ministry of Internal Affairs;
the notification of division which arrived in foreign institution on channels of departmental e-mail the MFA on nationality and migration about approval of the invitation to study containing the data specified in appendix 4 to these Visa rules;";
