Persons who were deputies of representative body of the municipality dismissed based on part 2.1 of article 73 of the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation" (except for persons concerning whom court established fact of lack of fault for not carrying out the municipality of competent meeting by representative body within three months in a row), cannot be proposed as candidates on the elections appointed in connection with the specified circumstances.";
