Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 76, 2/50; 2003, No. 8, 2/922; 2006, No. 111, 2/1242; 2008, No. 1, 2/1388; 2011, No. 4, 2/1775; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1960) following amendments and changes:
1. To add part 2 of Article 27 with Item 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1) drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogs (part 2-5 of Article 328);".
2. To add part 1 of article 57 after the word of "person" with the words "or with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogs".
3. To state item 4 of part 2 of Article 115 in the following edition:
"4) for especially serious crime integrated to intentional infringement of human life or to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogs - twelve years.".
4. To state part of 3 notes to Article 327 in the following edition:
"3. Analogs of drugs and psychotropic substances in Articles of this Code are understood as chemicals which structural formulas are formed by replacement in structural formulas of drugs, psychotropic substances or basic structures of one or several hydrogen atoms on the deputies of hydrogen atoms included in the list of deputies of hydrogen atoms in structural formulas of drugs, psychotropic substances or basic structures established by the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus.".
5. In Article 328:
in part 3:
in paragraph one of the word "or in the venue of mass actions" shall be replaced with words ", medical and labor dispensary, in the venue of mass action or obviously minor";
