1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 on No. 440/20753, to add the Section I of the Procedure of consolidation and share split of the joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 6, 2012 No. 371, with new Item of the following content:

"7. The documents (their copy) submitted according to this Procedure also shall be certified by seal (seals), need such certificate in the presence of corresponding seal (seals).".

2. Bring in the share issue Order of registration in case of change of the size of the authorized capital of joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 31, 2012 No. 1073, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2012 for No. 1431/21743, such changes:
