The Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan which further are referred to as with High contracting parties

based on mutual aspiration to development of mutually beneficial long-term cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan in the field of deliveries to Turkmenistan of agricultural, automotive, bus and other machinery,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement is intended for further expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan.

Article 2

High contracting parties will perform long-term cooperation according to legislations of the states, and also according to the universally recognized norms of international law.

Article 3

For the purpose of implementation of provisions of this agreement High contracting parties agreed about the organization of deliveries to Turkmenistan by machine-building enterprises of the Republic of Belarus agricultural, another specialized and general purpose of the equipment, including tractors, the MAZ, BelAZ cars, buses, and also spare parts.

Article 4

High contracting parties agreed that the Republican unitary enterprise "Minsk Tractor Plant" since 2002 for 2010 under separately signed contracts annually will deliver for agricultural industry of Turkmenistan up to 2000 units of the MTZ-80H tractors and tractor technology of other modifications.

High contracting parties agreed that the basic price for the MTZ-80H tractors delivered to Turkmenistan will be fixed in initial size of 11080 US dollars for unit without the value added tax on the terms of CIP, Türkmenabat, and will act on extent of the entire period of operation of this Agreement.
