About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 9, the Art. 990) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 2:

add part 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Features of licensing of activities in the field of foreign trade are established according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on regulation of foreign trade activity and the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of licensing.";

add Article with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Measures of non-tariff regulation and restriction according to the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union are applied to import, export, transit of the goods included in the single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by the State Parties of the Eurasian Economic Union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries are applied.".

2. In Article 9:

4. In Article 17:
