Conditions of provision of the state service

Service provision to visitors is performed:

- in the rooms answering to the established sanitary standards;

- on the first-come, first-served basis;

- in the presence of easy access of all citizens to sanitary and hygienic rooms (toilets, washing rooms).

Preliminary consultation by specialists by phone is possible.

Preferential categories of citizens (participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, LOVZ, expectant mothers) are serviced out of turn.
