About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 689; 2007, No. 12, Article 1218; 2009, No. 12, Article 948; 2011, No. 3, Article 169) to make the following changes:

1. Under Article 40:
