Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2007 No. 47 "About approval of the Regulations on health service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 94, 8/16166);

the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2009 No. 8 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on health service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 57, 8/20435).

2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
