The State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus and Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the principles of mutual respect, trust, equality, partnership and cooperation,

being guided by the purposes and tasks of the International organization of the supreme bodies of financial control (INTOSAI) and the European organization of the supreme bodies of financial control (EVROSAI), and also the fundamental principles and tasks of Council of heads of the supreme bodies of financial control of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

expressing mutual aspiration to studying of practice of realization of functions of the state financial control, the principles, mechanisms and methods of its implementation for the purpose of increase in efficiency of control activities,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties within the competence cooperate in the following main directions:

experience exchange in the field of enhancement of methodology of control activities;

studying of practice of realization of control functions in structure of the power of the states of the Parties;

interaction in the field of professional training and advanced training of personnel;

holding joint actions;

information exchange.

Article 2

The parties within the powers give each other help when holding control actions concerning legality, rationality and feasibility of use by the ministries, departments and organizations of the states of the Parties financial, credit and other types of the help provided each other on the state line within the signed economic agreements.

Article 3

The parties perform joint control actions. The decision on holding control action is made on the basis of the written address of one of the Parties. When implementing control actions each of the Parties is guided by the legislation of the state.
