About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 664

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, suspension, renewal, prolongation of effective period of permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, the terminations of their action approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 664 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 133, 5/29803; 2010, No. 3, 5/30981), following amendments and changes:

1.1. the paragraph one of item 4 after words of "operation by the applicant" to add with the words "on the property right, economic maintaining, operational management, lease or other legal cause";

1.2. add Item 5 with part three of the following content:

"In case of the finding of the applicant and (or) objects of impact on atmospheric air having stationary sources of emissions in the territory of different administrative and territorial units the body of issue of permissions which issued permission to emissions sends its copy to body (bodies) of issue of permissions in the location of the objects of impact to atmospheric air having stationary sources of emissions or in the location of the applicant.";

1.3. state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Body of issue of permissions depending on the decision made by the applicant according to part one of Item 5 of this provision are the Minsk city committee of natural resources and environmental protection or regional committees of natural resources and environmental protection.
