About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 10, 2014 No. 427 "About the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 20, the Art. 2536).

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea is federal executive body, authorized to perform functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in spheres of functioning of particular legal regime and functioning of the free economic zone, and also in the cases established by the Federal Law "About Development of the Crimean Federal District and the Free Economic Zone in the Territories of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol" in the field of social and economic development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.".
