1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2012 in case of No. 2117/22429, to state paragraph two of Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for the creation and submission of administrative data concerning activities of managing directors of mortgage covering approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 29, 2012 No. 1693, in the following edition:
"If the paper form of Data contains more than one leaf, such paper form of Data shall be strung together, sheets are numbered and under seal (in the presence) Upravlyayushchego and the signature of the head Upravlyayushchego or person, acting as the head.
