According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 38 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation and submission of administrative data concerning activities of managing directors of mortgage covering approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 29, 2012 No. 1693, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2012 in case of No. 2117/22429, the following changes:

in the Section II:

to state subitem 2.11 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.11. The financial reporting (except banks), requirements to which are established by the corresponding regulatory legal act.";

to state subitem 3.3 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"3.3. The financial reporting (except banks), requirements to which are established by the corresponding regulatory legal act.".

2. To provide to department of general investment and regulation of activities of institutional investors (O. Simonenko):

submission of this decision for implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
