The ministries - the participants of this agreement who are hereinafter referred to as the Party

considering mutual interest in safety and qualities of mutually delivered goods for life and health of the person and for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of check of mutually delivered goods,

recognizing need of carrying out the coordinated works on recognition of certificates of the state hygienic registration and the conclusions of the state sanitary and epidemiologic examination,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For this agreement the stated below terms have the following values:

the state hygienic registration - system of accounting for the first time made in the Republic of Belarus or arrived because of its limits of products, substances, materials which based on expert evaluation of documentation and laboratory researches are acknowledged conforming to requirements of sanitary standards, rules and hygienic standard rates;

the certificate about state hygienic the registratsiidokument issued by relevant organs of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation, specifying that necessary confidence that the delivered goods properly corresponds to the regulating documentation confirming its safety in case of observance of certain conditions is provided;

the state sanitary and epidemiologic examination is the type of professional activity of bodies and organizations of the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine consisting in complex studying of objects of examination for the purpose of identification of possible dangerous factors in these subjects, establishment of compliance of objects of examination to requirements of the sanitary legislation, and in case of lack of the relevant sanitary standards - in reasons for medical requirements for safety of object for health and human life;
