Make the following changes to the "Rules of hearing of cases about antitrust violations" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 29, 1998 No. 120 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 5, Article 361; 2001, No. 7, Article 512; 2004, No. 4, Article 287; 2006, No. 5, Article 472; 2009, No. 10, Article 852; 2014, No. 6, Article 736, No. 7, Article 922):
1. Exclude from the third offer of the second paragraph of Item 1.3 of the word "in necessary cases" and in the same offer of the word "can perform" shall be replaced with words "has the right to carry out".

"1.3-1.
