Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2006 No. 403 "About some questions of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2005 No. 12" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 53, 5/22088; 2011, No. 39, 5/33574) following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state part one of Item 5 of the form of the business project approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"5. In the business project one or several types of activity listed in Item 3 of the Regulations on the Park of high technologies, specific actions for their implementation and development, types and the amounts assumed to sales of goods (works, services, property rights), the reasons for need of their realization expected receipt of revenue (income) from this realization are specified.";
1.2. in approximate form of the agreement on conditions of the activities of the resident Park of high technologies approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1.3 of the word "about reliability" shall be replaced with words "by results of audit";
state subitems 2.2.4 and 2.2.51 in the following edition:
"2.2.4. perform one or several types of activity specified in Item 3 of the Regulations on the Park of high technologies approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2005 No. 12 "About the Park of high technologies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 154, 1/6811), taking into account provisions of subitems 2.2.5-3 and 2.2.5-4 of Item 2 of this agreement;";
