In Regulations on Government Housing Commission and efficiency evaluation of use of the parcels of land which are in property of the Russian Federation, No. 632 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 22, 2008 "About Government Housing Commission and efficiency evaluation of use of the parcels of land which are in property of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 34, Art. 3939; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4847; 2012, No. 52, Art. 7504; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1627; No. 37, Art. 4968):
