About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data concerning implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data concerning implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 on No. 1738/22050 (further - the Provision), the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 10 of the Section I of the Provision to state 1) in the following edition:

"If the paper form of Data has more than one leaf, such Data shall be stitched, sheets are numbered and under seal (in the presence) and the signature of the head of the organizer of trade. On the back the last leaf the text becomes: "It is strung together, numbered and under seal (in the presence) the organizer of trade and the signature of the head of the organizer of trade (number) of sheets".";

The word "seal" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 5 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of Provisions "seal (in the presence)".
