About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of activities of bodies of the State Control Committee:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2003 No. 408 "About formation of Department of financial monitoring of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 105, 1/4933; 2006, No. 69, 1/7501; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688; 2010, No. 275, 1/12085):

in preamble of the word "and financings of terrorist activities" shall be replaced with words "financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";

in Item 5 of the word "information necessary" shall be replaced with words "in the terms established by Department information and documents necessary";

the fifth Item 6 to add the paragraph with words ", to financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";

in Regulations on the Department of financial monitoring of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree:

in Item part one 1, Item 3, subitems 5.1 and 5.3 of Item 5, subitem 9.4 of Item 9 and Item 10 of the word "and financings of terrorist activities" shall be replaced with words "financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";

in Item 6:

state subitem 6.4 in the following edition:

"6.4. reveals the signs testimonial of the fact that financial transactions are connected with obtaining and (or) legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financing of terrorist activities, distribution or financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction;";

in subitems 6.6-6.9 of the word "and financing of terrorist activities" shall be replaced with words "financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" in the corresponding case;
