Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the State metrological inspection of the Republic of Latvia, hereinafter referred to as with the Parties,

for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of interaction in the field of the state supervision of measuring instruments and quantity of packaged goods in case of their packing and sale

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties regularly exchange legal acts in the field of the state supervision of measuring instruments and goods quantity in ready packaging.

Article 2

The parties communicate about results of the state metrological supervision and control of the packed-up products on the delivered goods.

Article 3

The parties will organize meetings of officials and specialists.

Article 4

The parties hold joint seminars on the interesting questions.

Article 5

Information and documents received by one of the Parties within implementation of this agreement cannot be transferred to the third party without the consent of the Party which transferred her.

Article 6

Amendments and amendments to this agreement can be accepted by mutual consent of the Parties and are drawn up by special protocols which become integral part of this agreement.

Article 7

This agreement is signed sine die and becomes effective from the date of signing.

Any Party can terminate this agreement, having notified in writing other party on the intention.

The Agreement is terminated in 6 months from the date of receipt of such notification by other Party.
