in development of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Latvia about mutual recognition of conformity assessment systems (certification) of products and standards of June 10, 1997,

for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of exchange of information about the standards and other documents existing in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Latvia on standardization,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties regularly exchange again adopted regulatory legal acts in the field of standardization.

Article 2

The parties regularly exchange catalogs of the existing national standards.

Article 3

The parties as required exchange national standards, other regulating documents on standardization, periodicals of the Parties and other information on agreed terms.

Article 4

Information and documents received by one of the Parties within implementation of this agreement cannot be transferred to the third party without the consent of the Party which transferred her.

Article 5

The parties will organize meetings of officials and specialists, hold joint seminars for experience exchange, discussion and the solution of questions of mutual cooperation.
