About some questions of building-up and diversification of commodity export and services

For the purpose of ensuring unconditional accomplishment of parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus regarding foreign economic activity, and also additional measures for development of the new foreign markets the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. No. 160 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.03.2020

2. Determine that:

2.1. the coordinating body for diversification and building-up of export is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which directly interacts with the officials assigned to the countries Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further – the fixed officials), and prepares solutions on the organization of work on building-up and diversification of commodity export and services, including in the conclusion of contracts in foreign trade, obligatory for accomplishment, development of agreements in the field of foreign economic activity, the organization of negotiations and official journeys abroad, to development of goods distribution network;

2.2. the fixed officials and the coordinating body specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item have the right to give instructions to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom concerning diversification and building-up of commodity export and services and also to carry out (to initiate carrying out) working meetings, participation in which representatives of the relevant state bodies (organizations) is obligatory;

2.3. heads of foreign institutions of the Republic of Belarus in interaction with the fixed officials to the 7th day of the second month following reporting quarter submit in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports on the done work on building-up and diversification of commodity export and services to the fixed countries.
