About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 452) the following amendments:

1. In Article 2:

to add Article after the concept "recovery of natural resources" with the paragraph of the following content:

"recovery of ozone-depleting substances - processing of the recuperated ozone-depleting substances by filtering, drying, distillation, chemical processing for the purpose of recovery of consumer properties of ozone-depleting substances;";

to add Article after the concept "greenhouse gases" with the paragraph of the following content:

"consumption of ozone-depleting substances - total quantity of the ozone-depleting substances made in the Kyrgyz Republic and imported from other states, except for the ozone-depleting substances exported to other states;";

to add Article after the concept "nature protection legislation" with paragraphs of the following content:

"recuperation of ozone-depleting substances - extraction, collection and storage of the ozone-depleting substances containing in machines and the equipment, their components, containers during their maintenance or before their conclusion from operation;

recirculation - processing of ozone-depleting substances for the purpose of their reuse;";

to add Article after the concept "special environmental management" with the paragraph of the following content:

"destruction of ozone-depleting substances - the process of destruction of ozone-depleting substances leading to their decomposition or transformation into the substances which are not ozone-depleting substances.".

2. Add Article 20 with part 3 following of content:
