About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 452) the following change:

to state part 6 of Article 15 in the following edition:

"Rates and standard rates of payments for use of natural resources, environmental pollution and other negative impacts on the nature, procedure for their collection and use are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after six months from the date of official publication.

From the date of entry into force of this Law to recognize invalid:

- The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rate of payment for environmental pollution (emissions, dumpings of pollutants, placement of waste)" of March 10, 2002 No. 32 (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 124);

- The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of payment for use of natural objects of animal and flora in the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 11, 2008 No. 200 (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, Art. No. 6/2, 664);

- The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of payment for use of natural objects of animal and flora in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 2, 2010 No. 38 (the Erkin Too newspaper of March 12, 2010 No. 17-18).

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time from the date of official publication:
