Questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of system of justice

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of system of justice, rational use of budgetary funds and for accomplishment of Item 9 of the Section III "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 28, 2014 No. 76-VIII "About modification and recognition voided legal acts of Ukraine" concerning reducing number of employees of state bodies for 20 percent the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the Public registration service and the Public executive service, having assigned to the Ministry of Justice of task and function on realization of state policy in the field of the organization of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials), concerning state registration of acts of civil status, the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, agreements of commercial concession (subconcession), concerning registration (legalization) of associations of citizens, other public forming, charters of funds of obligatory national social insurance if their registration is provided by the laws, the charter of territorial bulk Kiev, state registration of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities.

2. Determine that the Ministry of Justice is legal successor of the Public registration service and Public executive service which are liquidated, regarding realization of state policy in the spheres specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Form the commission on liquidation of the Public registration service and the Public executive service.

 the commission chairman on liquidation of the Public registration service of the deputy minister of justice - the chief of staff Onishchenko Anna Vladimirovna;

the commission chairman on liquidation of the Public executive service of the deputy minister of justice concerning executive service Shklyar Sergey Vladimirovich.
