About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 716 "About rates of export customs duties" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 3, 1/12260; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.01. 2015, 1/15547) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1 of the word "exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Customs union, since January 1, 2011." shall be replaced with words "exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus since January 1, 2011 out of limits of customs area of the Customs union, and since January 1, 2015 - out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union,";

1.2. in Item 1-1 of the word "on the date of payment" shall be replaced with words "on the date of registration of the customs declaration by customs authority";

1.3. in appendix to this Decree:

shall be replaced with words words of Customs union Eurasian Economic Union;
