Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 758) the following amendments and changes:

"Sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population - the state of health of the population, the habitat of the person in case of which there are no harmful effects of factors of the habitat per capita and are provided favorable conditions for its life activity.".
2. In paragraph seven of part 1 of Article 4 of the word "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of health care" to exclude.
3. State Article 5 in the following edition:
"Article 5. Training of specialists of public health care
Training of specialists of public health care and quality management of their preparation are performed according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
