About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Ceased to be valid according to the Law of Ukraine of 24.04.2019 No. 52.
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 3, the Art. 279) the following changes:
1. In paragraph one of part 2 of Article 4 to replace the word of "community" with the word of "union".
2. In Article 8 of the word "Jogorku Kenesh" to replace with the word "Government".
3. In Article 9 of the word "in coordination with Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" to exclude.
4. To declare appendix 1 to the specified Law invalid.
Article 3. This Law is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
Article 4. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic till January 1, 2015:
- bring the decisions into accord with this Law;
- adopt the necessary regulations following from this Law.
