The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
being guided by the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, the Action program of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on realization of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999, the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on the basic principles of creation of financial and industrial groups of January 6, 1995,
aiming to keep and develop traditionally developed scientific and technical, production, commercial and financial communications between the Belarusian and Russian companies and the organizations,
considering importance of more effective use of potential, scientific and technical and investment potential in performance of works on creation and production of samples of the aircraft equipment, other types of products of dual and civil purpose, high-technology and competitive in the world market,
agreed as follows:
1. The parties promote creation of the interstate financial and industrial group "Space Equipment" including legal entities of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation of different patterns of ownership according to appendix to this agreement which is its integral part on terms of the contract about creation of interstate financial and industrial group.
2. This agreement is implemented according to legislations of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
3. After registration the interstate financial and industrial group "Space Equipment" remains open for joining to it of other subjects of managing of the states of the Parties.
The parties provide protection of the data received during implementation of this agreement.
