About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the taxation of investing activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In Item 14.1 of Article 14:

in subitem 14.1.83:

in the paragraph the second words" (further - the investor (operator)" to exclude;

in paragraph three of the word "investor or" to exclude;

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In Articles of this Code which regulate the taxation in case of agreement performance about the Section of products the term "investor (operator)" is understood as "investor" in case of agreement performance about the Section of products with participation of one investor and "the investor and/or the operator" - in case of accomplishment of the multilateral agreement about the Section of products with participation of several investors depending on conditions of such multilateral agreement";

in the subitem "ґ" subitem 14.1.139 of the word "investor and/or investor (operator)" shall be replaced with words "the investor (operator)".

2. In paragraph eleven of Item 335.2 of Article 335 the word "obligations" shall be replaced with words "the rights and obligations", and shall be replaced with words the words "on the investor (operator)" "on the operator, and regarding the value added tax - on each investor and/or on the operator".

3. In Article 337:

in Item 337.1 of the word "the investor or investors" shall be replaced with words "the investor (operator)";

in Item 337.3:

in paragraph one of the word "investor and/or" to exclude;

after paragraph one to add with three new paragraphs of the following content:
