"Article 156-1. Refusal in initiation of legal proceedings
In case of refusal in initiation of legal proceedings the verified copy of the resolution goes to the applicant with explanation of procedure for appeal. The made decision in seven-day time from the moment of receipt of the corresponding notice can be appealed, the applicant to the supervising prosecutor or in court.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
