a) add the name with words ", within the subprogramme "Institutional development of the research sector" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of science and technologies" for 2013 - 2020";

b) in Item 1 of the word "in 2014 - 2016" shall be replaced with words "in 2014 - 2020";
