Approve the enclosed Rules of the conclusion of agreements on implementation of territorial programs of the state guarantees of free rendering medical care to citizens, including territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance, by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund and the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
