The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia which further are referred to as "Party", recognizing importance of cooperation between the Ministries of Justice of two countries,

considering positive experience of scientific, technical, cultural and legal cooperation between two countries,

for establishment of partner bonds between bodies and organizations of justice of two states,

for the purpose of further strengthening of mutual understanding and friendly cooperation between the Belarusian and Armenian lawyers,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will organize bilateral symposiums, conferences and seminars on different problems of jurisprudence and practice. The parties will regularly hold negotiations and consultations concerning bilateral cooperation, to the regional and international issues which are of mutual interest. Within the cooperation of the Parties provided by this agreement of meeting can be held between Ministers of Justice, deputy ministers or chiefs of managements, and also specialists of the Parties. The parties on mutual basis will establish the agenda, date and the place of meetings, level of negotiations and consultations.

The parties within this Agreement on mutual basis will assist each other in training case.

Article 2

For the purpose of reduction of national legal systems in compliance with provisions of international treaties of the Party exchange work experience on implementation of international conventions, the signed within the UN, international treaties on legal assistance and other international treaties in legal area which participants are the states of the Parties, by the mutual direction of the specialists for acquaintance with activities of state bodies of management, judicial authorities, and also the organizations of justice and other bodies participating in the questions connected with implementation of the above-stated international treaties.

The current issues of the Party are resolved by mutual consultations or others, especially stipulated, by methods.
