About approval of the Instruction about work with public forming on protection of frontier
According to article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About frontier of Ukraine", to part two of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", parts three of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About participation of citizens in protection of public order and frontier" and for the purpose of ensuring participation of citizens of Ukraine in protection of frontier of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve the Instruction about work with public forming on protection of frontier which is applied.
2. To provide to department of legal providing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (D.V.'s Gorbas) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
