About modification of Item 1 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 No. 909

1. Add the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 with No. 909 "About determination of the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on tendering and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 38, Art. 5121; 2013, No. 29, Art. 3974) paragraph of the following content:

"about holding auctions for sale of the rights to the property which is subject to enforced sale according to the Rules of holding the auction selling the rights to the property which is subject to enforced sale approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 21, 2013 No. 938 "About holding the auction selling the rights to the property which is subject enforced sale, and determination of authorized federal executive body on holding the specified auction";".

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2014.
