About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of atmospheric air" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 450) the following amendment:
Add the law with Article 40-1 of the following content:
"Article 40-1. State accounting and control of the address of ozone-depleting substances and their substitutes
The state accounting and control of the address of ozone-depleting substances and their substitutes are performed for the purpose of establishment of admissible production volume and consumption of ozone-depleting substances in the Kyrgyz Republic, and also protection and prevention of destruction of ozone layer, its recovery, protection of health of the person and the environment from the adverse effects caused by destruction of ozone layer.
The state accounting and control of the address of ozone-depleting substances and their substitutes are performed on the basis of data of customs statistics on the ozone-depleting substances imported into the Kyrgyz Republic and exported from the Kyrgyz Republic and the reporting of physical persons and legal entities concerning the treatment of ozone-depleting substances.
The procedure for the state accounting and control of the address of ozone-depleting substances is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law is subject to official publication and becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the international treaty on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
