1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 on No. 489/20802 (with changes), the following changes:

 to exclude paragraph two of subitem 3.9.2 of Item 3.9 of the Section III;

Items 11. 11.4 Sections XI to state 3, in the following edition:

"11.3. The copy of the judgment on temporary restriction of person certified by court in the right of departure out of limits of Ukraine goes the state contractor no later than the next working day after its receipt to it for accomplishment to the postal address of the Main center of processing of special information of State frontier service of Ukraine.

11.4. The temporary restriction in the right of departure out of limits of Ukraine concerning person is lifted in case of pronouncement of the resolution by the state contractor about:

return of the executive document to court or other body (official) which, (which) issued it, based on part one of article 48 of the Law;

the termination of enforcement proceeding based on Items 1-6, 8-9, 11-14 of part one of article 49 of the Law;

to cancellation of temporary restriction in the right of departure of person from Ukraine in case of proper accomplishment by person of obligations on payment of periodical payments.
