"XIV. Recovery of the lost enforcement proceeding or materials of enforcement proceeding

14.1. According to the statement of the party of enforcement proceeding or at the initiative of the state contractor are subject to recovery:

the lost enforcement proceeding or its materials;

 the decision destroyed in enforcement proceeding in case of removal by the European Court of Human Rights according to which the state shall execute the decision of domestic court.

14.2.
