The ministry of entrepreneurship and investments of the Republic of Belarus and the State agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

supporting friendship, aiming at expansion, strengthening and further development of bilateral ties on the basis of good will, equality and mutual advantage,

wishing to use more effectively the trade and economic and scientific and technical potentials which are available for the Parties,

for the purpose of contribution to cooperation between two states in the field of entrepreneurship and to bilateral cooperation between the Belarusian and Tajik entrepreneurs agreed as follows:

Article 1

The cooperation between the Parties is performed depending on possibility of use of available means by implementation of separate programs and projects according to legislations of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 2

The parties communicate including by holding joint meetings, about development of systems of support of entrepreneurship in both states.

Article 3

The parties promote development and use of financial instruments for development of cooperation between subjects of entrepreneurship of both states.

Article 4

The parties provide each other information and render assistance in the field of holding trade fairs, exhibitions and other similar actions, paying special attention to the actions directed to promotion of products of subjects of entrepreneurship of both states.
