1. The single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.08. 2014, 5/39239) to add with Items 2.12-4-2.12-6 of the following content:

"2.12-4. Inclusion in the register of the microfinancial organizations with issue of the certificate on inclusion in the register of the microfinancial organizations	National Bank	the statement for inclusion of the legal entity in the register in the form established by National Bank copy of the charter of the legal entity the copy of the document confirming forming of authorized fund of the legal entity (for the commercial organizations) the copies of the documents confirming availability at the head of the legal entity of the higher legal or economic education or other higher education certified in accordance with the established procedure, with appendix of the copies of the documents confirming passing of retraining at the level of the higher education as legal or economic profile certified in accordance with the established procedure the copy of the service record of the head of the legal entity certified in accordance with the established procedure the original and the copy of the document on absence at the head of the legal entity of the outstanding or not removed criminal record for crime execution against property and procedure of economic activity and about lack of the resolution of criminal prosecution authority on initiation of legal proceedings concerning the head of the legal entity or attraction it as the suspect or the person accused on criminal case dated no later than sixty calendar days about day of filing of application (if other effective period is not specified in the document) 1 the original and the copy of the document confirming absence of the facts of implementation of the guilty actions by the head of the legal entity which entailed bankruptcy legal litsa1 determined by the judgment which took legal effect the profit and loss statement or other documents if the legal entity records in the book of accounting of the income and expenses of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs applying simplified taxation system about results of economic activity for the last calendar year of implementation of activities (for the legal entities performing activities during the specified period)	15 working days	it is termless	free of charge

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
