According to part four of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", to requirements of the state and international standards, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 15, 1996 No. 73, I order to Item 2 of the Regulations on control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice:

1. Approve the Procedure of control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards that is added.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 6, 2001 No. 486 "About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning control of quality of medical immunobiological supplies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2002 on No. 204/6492 (with changes).

3. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister N. Lisnevskaya.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
