About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal protection of selection achievements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal protection of selection achievements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 10, the Art. 375) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the paragraph the second to exclude preambles of the word "according to the list approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. In all text of the Law in state language:

replace the words "birden-bir" with the word "ozgocho";

replace the words "birden-bir эмес" with the word "ozgocholuksuz".

3. In paragraph five of Article 1 of the text in state language to replace the word "zigottoru" with the word "zigotalara".

4. State Article 3 in the following edition:

"Article 3. State regulation in the field of legal protection of selection achievements

State regulation in the field of legal protection of selection achievements is performed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Primary consideration of disputes over questions of protectability of selection achievements is performed by Appeal council according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On the basis of the carried-out testing of selection achievements for distinguishability, uniformity and stability is taken out the conclusion about their protectability.

The list of zoological childbirth and animal species and the List of botanical childbirth and types of plants which seeds of grades are allowed to be grown up in the territory of the company within two years for own use affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

5. In the name of the Section II in the text in state language the word "protsedurasa" shall be replaced with words "zhol-zhobosa".
