About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the natural and permitted monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the natural and permitted monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1052) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the name and in all text of the Law, except for 22, the words "and permitted" to exclude Articles.

2. In all text of the Law of the word "and permitted monopolies" to replace with the word "monopolies".

3. Add the law with Article 2-1 of the following content:

"Article 2-1. Spheres of natural monopolies

Spheres of natural monopolies are recognized:

1) oil transportation and oil products on bulk distribution lines;

2) transportation, distribution, storage and sale of natural gas;

3) production, distribution, sale, transfer of electrical and heat energy;

4) services in supervisory control of national power supply system;

5) centralized water supply and water disposal;

6) services of telecommunication and mail service public:

7) rail haulings;

8) aeronautical ensuring flights;

9) land servicing of domestic airborne transportations.".

4. In Article 3:

paragraphs the fourth and fifth to recognize invalid;

add Article with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"the sphere of natural monopolies - the sphere of the address of service carried by this Law to natural monopoly in which the consumer can acquire services of subjects of natural monopolies;";
