1. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and provision by banks of the report on cash statistics approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 255 of November 17, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 206-215, of the Art. 1833), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of Chapter I of the word "according to appendices" "according to appendix";

Item 9 of Chapter III to state 2) in the following edition: "Licensed banks provide to National Bank of Moldova the report on cash statistics weekly according to the schedule and monthly no later than the 5th day of the next month after the accounting period (appendix No. 1). If the 5th – non-working day, the report is provided in the next working day";
