Persons enabling the realization of alcoholic products to persons whose age presumably less than 18 years, shall:
- for the purpose of determination of age of the buyer to require production of documents, proving the identity, - the passport of the citizen (ID card) or the document replacing it. The certificate of the officer of active duty, the military ID of the serviceman of conscription service, the car driver license belong to the documents replacing the passport;
- in case of non-presentation of identity documents to refuse to them sale of alcoholic products;
- place in places of sale of alcoholic products information on prohibition of realization of alcoholic products to persons which did not reach 18 years, to persons without identity documents about harm of the use of alcoholic products.
Violation of provisions of this Article attracts responsibility, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.".
